It’s good to read positive things like this, thank you for the encouragement. I’m in my teaching credential program now to become a math teacher as well, so I hope to be able to provide my future students with an appreciation for math too.

I get similar reactions to the one that you got from your students when I tell people I’m going to teach math.

Next time anyone asks me why I want to teach it I’ll answer, “because they didn’t need anymore social science teachers.”
